Our company also provides other special engineering plastic profiles and products with heat resistance above 200℃, mainly including polyphenylene sulfide PPS, polysulfone PSU (PSF), polyetherimide PEI, polyether sulfone PES, polyamide-imide PAI, polybenzimidazole PBI and special plastic composite modified materials.
I. Polyphenylene sulfide PPS:
1. Injection molding, machining molding of PPS parts: we can produce various PPS parts by injection molding and machining according to customer drawings or sample requirements.
2. The production of a variety of specifications PPS rod, sheet, pipe.
(1). Rod: diameter Ф4-220mm.
Color: white, black.
(2) Plate: (thickness) between 1-150mm.
Color: white, black.
II. Polyetherimide PEI:
1. Injection molding, machining molding of PEI parts: we can produce various PEI parts by injection molding and machining according to customer drawings or sample requirements.
2. Production of a variety of specifications PEI rod, sheet, pipe.
(1) Rod: diameter Ф4-220mm.
Color: amber, black, yellow, green, red, gray.
(2) Plate :(thickness) between 1-150mm.
Color: amber, black, yellow.
(3) Antistatic PEI: plate (thickness) between 1-150mm.
Color: black, etc.
III. Polysulfone PSU/PSF:
1. Injection molding, machining molding of PSU/PSF parts: we can produce various PSU/PSF parts by injection molding and machining according to customer drawings or sample requirements.
2. Production of a variety of specifications PSU/PSF rod, sheet, pipe.
(1) Rod: diameter Ф4-220mm.
Color: light yellow and transparent.

IV. Polyether sulfone PES:
1. Injection molding, machining molding of PES parts: we can produce various PSU/PSF parts by injection molding and machining according to customer drawings or sample requirements.
2. Production of a variety of PES rod, sheet, pipe.
(1) Rod: diameter Ф4-220mm.
Color: yellow and transparent.
(2) Plate: thickness between 1-150mm.
Color: yellow transparent, white.
V. Polyetheramine imide Torlon-PAI:
1. Injection molding, machining molding of PAI parts: we can produce various PAI parts by injection molding and machining according to customer drawings or sample requirements.
2. The company can provide a large number of imported polyamide-imide PAI profiles:
Rod: Φ6.4, Φ7, Φ8, Φ10, Φ13, Φ19, Φ26, Φ35, Φ38, Φ52, etc., brownish green.
Plate: (thickness): H5, H7, H10, H13, H14, H20, H26, H30, etc., brownish green/egg yellow.
VI. Polybenzimidazole PBI:
1. Injection molding, machining molding of PBI parts: we can produce various PBI parts by machining according to customer drawings or sample requirements.
2. The company can provide a large number of imported polybenzimidazole (PBI) profiles.
